CREATION DE LA PICARDIE.
En 1980, pour plaire à un éphémère Ministre de l'Education Nationale, qui souhaitait calquer les régions sportives sur les régions académiques, on a volé le département de l'Aisne à la Champagne.
Tout comme en 2017,cela s'est fait contre l'avis des intéressés.
