En 1927, la moto est sous la coupe de l'automobile. Plusieurs clubs motos veulent l'indépendance. L'automobile refuse. Pour compter les forces en présence, les clubs favorables au changement deviennent des "Moto-Club", ceux qui sont contre deviennent des "Union Motocycliste". Le Moto-Club Ardennais (dirigé par l'Automobile Club Ardennais) devient l'UM Ardennes. Finalement, la moto restera dans le giron de l'automobile jusqu'en 1954.
En 2ème partie, le brouillon d'un texte sur la première période du 24 décembre 1922 au 25 mai 1925. Je ne l'ai jamais mis au propre.
